Recommended Adult Dose
Co-amoxiclav 625 mg (500/125 mg): 1 tablet every 8 hours.
Co-amoxiclav 1 g (875/125 mg): 1 tablet every 12 hours.
IV: 1.2 g every 8 hours; severe infections every 6 hours.
Paediatric Dose
20–45 mg/kg/day (amoxicillin component) in divided doses.
Severe otitis/sinusitis: up to 90 mg/kg/day.
