Benzyl Penicillin (Penicillin G / Crystalline Penicillin)

Adult dose: Severe infections 1-4 million units IV every 4-6 hours.

Meningitis: 4 million units IV every 4 hours.

Neurosyphilis: 18-24 million units/day IV in divided doses for 10-14 days.

Paediatric dose: 50000-100000 units/kg/day IV divided every 4-6 hours.
