| Precautions | Monitor liver functions; heavy alcoholics; if myopathy is diagnosed or suspected discontinue. |
| Contra-Indications | Pregnancy and lactation; hypersensitivity; active liver disease or unexplained persistent defects in liver function tests; children under 18 years; impaired renal functions. |
