Indications ; symptomatic treatment of functional Asthenia such as transient fatigue, memery difficulties , intellectual tiredness, and sexual dysfunction.
Mode Of Action; Due to its high level of liposolubility, it has selctive neurotropism, making it possible to penetrate lipoprotein barrier membrane and binding to neuronal structures rich in lipds, particularly in the reticular activating formation. It has pharmaco electro encephalographic effects that indicate an improvement in active wakefulness without any excitatory effect.
Conttraindications.
Hypersensitivity to Salbutiamin or any of its excipients; congenital galactosemia, ; galactose malabsorption syndrome; Lactose deficiency.
Precautions; Avoid in Pregnacy
Side effects; Low incidence of irritability, insomnia , headache, virtigo or simple GIT disturbances, and possibility of skin irritation.
