Usual maintenance dose: 75mg-300mg (max. 1gm daily).
Children: 1-5years - 500mcg/kg every 4-6 hours.
Intractable hiccup: 25-50mg TID or QID.
Vomiting: Deep 1.M injection. 25-50mg every 3-4 hours until vomiting stops.
